1. Lvl. 70 Mystic Gear. 

You can upgrade Lvl. 60 Mystic Gear to Lvl. 70 Mystic Gear in the Forge now. The prints and materials are available in the Cross-server Tournament Shop.

2. New Hero Hecate.
